At UniCollec, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please review the following guidelines:

  • 14-Day Return Policy: We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Damaged/Broken Products: If you receive a damaged or broken product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or provide a refund.
  • Carbon Footprint Consciousness: To reduce our carbon footprint and protect the planet, we encourage responsible purchasing. Please select your items carefully and refer to our size chart before placing an order.
  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Initiating a Return or Refund: To start a return or refund process, please contact us at support@unicollec.com. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same conditions as stated above.
  • Refunds: After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@unicollec.com for assistance.
